• The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy during your stay, whilst the English speaking manager is available to cater for all of your specific needs during your stay.
• A guest relations manager will visit you shortly after check-in to arrange any optional tour, excursions, car hire, boat charter etc.., although we encourage guests to pre-book these with us to guarantee availability.
• Daily continental breakfast prepared by in-villa staff
• Private, insured, direct airport transfers to and from the villa can arrange with additional charges.
• Bed linen is changed every third day, while pool towels are changed as necessary
• Full time chef service (the villa has an extensive menu, available on request; cost of meals is on guests account; corkage fee may apply for wine & alcohol not provided by the villa), the Chef Shopping service is charged 20% of food cost or minimum 300+ Baht per meal and 7% VAT; Groceries shopping by villa staff charges are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
